JOB DESCRIPTION
The vacant post is based in Niamey in NIGER, we are looking for a Technical manager as soon as possible. The responsibilities of the job are as follows:
As part of MANUTENTION AFRICAINE NIGER, you will be responsible for managing 4 groups, making a total team of 40 people.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- developing our service activity by selling labour and parts,
- managing and analysing our activities with the management tools at your disposal
- establishing client relations
- supervising the technical staff, and developing their skills
- organising technical quality reporting which is forwarded to JA DELMAS EXPORT
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Baccalaureate +2 years study; Technical, Material Maintenance BTS (advanced technician's certificate) - minimum of 10 years experience as Technician and workshop manager
- Very high level of adaptability to others and to other cultures
- English: intermediate level
- Experience in Management
- Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of the Caterpillar range
- Good client relations
